I had crocheted decades ago, but I had got into such bad habits. Nicki was so patient with me ; a great teacher. I was so proud of my very first granny square and the course has given me the motivation to continue at home. I enjoyed the home made refreshments as well. A thoroughly great course.

As a complete beginner this course was ideal. It was lovely to be in a small group who were friendly and encouraging. With Nicki’s guidance and patience I was able to master a granny square by the end of the third week. I would highly recommend this course and will hopefully join the improvers course in the future.

I began Nicki’s course as a complete beginner, having never picked up a crochet hook in my life. I found learning the new skills very challenging at first but the combination of Nicki’s fantastic support and guidance in class, and lots of practice at home have meant that I have now mastered the crochet skills taught. Thanks to Nicki I now have the confidence to work on my own project. I am so happy to have learnt a new skill and I’ve definitely been bitten by the crochet bug. I have already booked on to the improvers course and I can’t wait to learn more!

Thank you Amy, I’m looking forward to seeing your finished granny square blanket. It will look wonderful!
